Bhante Kondañño
Senior monk of Vihāra Pod Lasem
He was born in 1976 in Poland. In 2007, he took the anagārika precepts at Chithurst Monastery in the United Kingdom, where he became a sāmaṇera a year later.
In 2009, during the Upasampadā ceremony at Amarāvati Monastery, he was accepted into the bhikkhu saṅgha under the preceptorship of Luang Por Sumedho.
After spending the first five years at Chithurst training under Ajahn Sucitto, he continued monastic life in monasteries and hermitages across Europe and Asia.
Since 2024, he has been residing in Poland, dedicating his efforts to creating supportive conditions for the practice of the forest saṅgha.
Sāmanera Jotiko
He was born in 1990 in Poland. In 2024, he undertook the Eight Precepts and began training as an anagārika. On July 12th, during a pabbajjā ceremony at Vihāra Pod Lasem, he was accepted as a sāmaṇera (novice).
Anagārika Kamil
He was born in 1992 in Poland. On July 4th, 2025, at Vihāra Pod Lasem, he undertook the Eight Precepts and began training as an anagārika.
